Responsibilities:

• Bag groceries efficiently, ensuring contents are not damaged.
• Assist in removing merchandise from carts for checkout.
• Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.
• Perform shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
• Restock merchandise, gather and return shopping carts, and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with product location and price checks.
• Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Inspect equipment and report repairs needed.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and answer their questions.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity, respecting customer and business information.
• Support and assist diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
