Job Description: Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Responsibilities include:

1. Bagging groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and items are bagged efficiently.
2. Assisting in removing merchandise from carts for checkout.
3. Offering to help customers load bags into their cars.
4. Performing basic shelf conditioning and restocking merchandise.
5. Informing customers of grocery specials and returning merchandise to shelves.
6. Gathering and returning shopping carts to designated areas.
7. Cleaning spills, collecting trash inside and outside the store.
8. Handling seasonal merchandise and understanding store layout.
9. Conducting price checks and assisting with safety and food safety regulations.
10. Creating a welcoming environment for customers and adhering to legal and company guidelines.
11. Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with honesty and integrity.
12. Supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
