Responsibilities:

• Bag groceries efficiently, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage
• Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags
• Assist customers with loading bags into their cars
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and restocking
• Inform customers about grocery specials
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including spills and trash pickup
• Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and legal regulations
• Support a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Manage conflicts calmly and professionally
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
