Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently and carefully, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Using best practices for various bag types.
• Assisting with removing merchandise from carts and loading bags into customers' vehicles.
• Performing shelf conditioning, informing customers of specials, and returning merchandise to shelves.
• Managing bascarts and maintaining store cleanliness inside and outside.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Maintaining safety procedures, adhering to food safety regulations, and inspecting equipment.
• Creating a welcoming environment, answering customer questions, and adhering to legal and company guidelines.
• Working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts, acting with integrity, and supporting customers with special needs.
