Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently and carefully, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Using best practices for various bag types.
• Assisting in removing merchandise from carts for checkout.
• Offering to help customers load bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and informing customers about specials.
• Restocking shelves and returning carts to designated areas.
• Cleaning spills, trash, and maintaining store cleanliness inside and outside.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Following safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Inspecting equipment and reporting repairs needed.
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers and assisting with questions about products.
• Following all laws and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment and managing conflicts appropriately.
• Acting with honesty and integrity, especially regarding customer and business information.
• Supporting customers with special needs and minors, performing essential job functions with or without accommodations.
