Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently and carefully, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Following best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, or paper bags.
• Assisting customers with loading bags into their vehicles.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and restocking merchandise.
• Informing customers about grocery specials and returning merchandise to shelves.
• Gathering and returning shopping carts to designated areas.
• Cleaning spills, collecting trash inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Conducting price checks for cashiers and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Maintaining food safety standards and reporting equipment issues.
• Creating a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Adhering to all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Supporting customers with special needs, minors, and older adults.
• Performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
