Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger (Finance)

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Responsibilities include bagging groceries at checkout, ensuring items are not damaged, assisting customers with loading bags into their cars, performing shelf conditioning, informing customers of specials, returning merchandise to shelves, gathering and returning shopping carts, cleaning spills and trash, handling seasonal merchandise, assisting with store layout and price checks, and adhering to safety and food safety regulations.

The role requires the ability to work in a high-paced environment, manage conflict cooperatively, act with honesty and integrity, follow directions, and support customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
