• Bagging groceries efficiently while ensuring contents are not damaged.
• Using best practices for various bag types.
• Assisting with removing merchandise from carts at checkout.
• Offering to help customers load bags into their cars.
• Performing shelf conditioning and informing customers of specials.
• Restocking shelves and returning shopping carts.
• Maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and conducting price checks.
• Following safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Inspecting equipment and reporting repairs needed.
• Creating a welcoming environment and assisting customers with questions about products.
• Following all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts calmly, and acting with integrity.
