Responsibilities

1. Bag groceries at checkout, striving for at least five items per bag without damage.
2. Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
3. Assist in removing merchandise from baskets and help load bags into customers' cars.
4. Perform basic shelf conditioning, inform customers of specials, and return merchandise to shelves.
5. Gather and return shopping carts, clean spills, trash, and all areas inside and outside the store.
6. Handle seasonal merchandise, understand store layout, and conduct price checks.
7. Reinforce safety programs, comply with safety procedures, and report unsafe conditions.
8. Adhere to food safety regulations and perform equipment inspections.
9. Create a welcoming environment, answer product questions, and follow all laws and guidelines.
10. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts, and act with honesty and integrity.
11. Support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
12. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
