Responsibilities:

• Bag groceries efficiently, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
• Assist in removing merchandise from carts for checkout.
• Offer help to customers in loading bags into their cars.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
• Return merchandise to shelves and gather bascarts.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
• Conduct price checks and reinforce safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and perform equipment inspections.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers, answering questions and providing support, especially to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Follow all laws and company guidelines, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
