Responsibilities:

• Bag groceries efficiently at checkout, ensuring contents are undamaged and bags are filled with at least five items.
• Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
• Assist customers with loading bags into their vehicles and removing merchandise from baskets.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning, inform customers of specials, and restock shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills, trash, and cart collection.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with product location and price checks.
• Adhere to safety, food safety, and maintenance procedures, reporting issues to management.
• Create a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Follow all laws, regulations, and company policies, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.
• Support customers with special needs and minors, performing essential job functions with or without accommodations.
