Job Description: Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger

Join our team as a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger and create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include bagging groceries, assisting customers with loading, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting store operations to ensure a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bag groceries efficiently while ensuring items are not damaged and striving for at least five items per bag.
• Assist customers with loading bags into their vehicles and removing merchandise from shopping carts.
• Perform shelf conditioning, restocking, and merchandise assembly.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills, trash, and parking lot areas.
• Inform customers of specials and return merchandise to shelves.
• Understand store layout, locate products, and assist with price checks.
• Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with customers and answering questions.
• Support store operations by managing carts and assisting with seasonal merchandise.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with honesty and integrity.
