Responsibilities include:

• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper packaging procedures and adhere to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in keeping shopping carts in proper place and help cashiers check out customers efficiently.
• Retrieve stray carts, keep work stations and areas tidy, and assist in stocking milk, eggs, and other products.
• Assist customers in locating products and explain the ValuCard program.
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and keeping bathrooms and parking lot litter-free.
• Manage parcel pick-up area, restock merchandise, and replace misplaced items.
• Use intercom properly and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
