• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in keeping shopping carts in their proper place and maintain cleanliness around the store.
• Help cashiers check out customers efficiently.
• Retrieve stray carts from the parking lot.
• Assist in stocking milk and eggs, and help customers locate products.
• Maintain a neat and clean work station and store environment.
• Assist in sweeping, mopping, and keeping bathrooms and parking lot tidy.
• Help in the parcel pick-up area and replace misplaced items.
• Understand and explain the ValuCard program.
• Use the intercom properly and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
