• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to the company's bagging policies.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in keeping shopping carts in their proper place and in stocking milk and eggs.
• Help customers locate products and assist cashiers with checkout.
• Maintain a clean and neat work station and store environment, including bathrooms and parking lot.
• Assist in sweeping, mopping, and keeping the store litter-free.
• Work in parcel pick-up areas and replace misplaced items.
• Use the intercom properly and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
