North Hill Resources operates as a landscaping supplier for the Skagit Valley and surrounding communities. The primary purpose of the Heavy Equipment Operator position is to operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, and dozers to load clients with products. This role also involves setup, inspection, and minor maintenance of equipment as needed.

This is a Part-Time position: Monday & Tuesday, as needed to cover vacations, etc. CDL is a huge plus!

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment - loaders, excavators, dozers
• Setup, inspect, and perform minor maintenance on equipment
• Load trucks and trailers accurately and safely
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with clients and management

Qualifications/Knowledge/Abilities

• 2+ years experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator preferred
• Must be 18+ years old
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Drug-free workplace
• Clean driving record
• US citizen

Compensation Range

The salary range includes minimum, midpoint, and maximum base salary values. Offers vary based on education, training, and experience.

• Non-exempt hourly: $20-$30.00 per hour DOE
