Essential duties include:

1. Providing courteous customer service at all times.
2. Following proper packaging procedures according to the bagging manual.
3. Filling bag racks and assisting in stocking milk and eggs.
4. Unloading shopping carts and retrieving stray carts from parking lot.
5. Maintaining cleanliness of work station, store areas, bathrooms, and parking lot.
6. Assisting customers in locating products and explaining the ValuCard program.
7. Assisting in sweeping, mopping, and keeping the store litter-free.
8. Working in parcel pick-up areas and replacing misplaced items.
9. Using intercom properly and understanding shelf tags for price changes.
10. Stocking merchandise and assisting with other duties as assigned.
