Essential Job Functions

• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures of packaging a customer's order and adhere to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in keeping shopping carts in their proper place and the work station neat and clean.
• Assist in stocking milk, eggs, and other products; help customers locate items.
• Assist cashiers during checkout to ensure efficiency.
• Retrieve stray carts from parking lot and keep parking lot litter-free.
• Assist in sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness of all store areas, including bathrooms.
• Work in parcel pick-up areas and replace misplaced items.
• Collect trash and bale boxes as needed.
• Use intercom properly and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Stock merchandise and perform other duties as assigned.
