• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in keeping shopping carts in their proper place and maintain a neat work station.
• Assist cashiers with checkout processes to ensure efficiency.
• Retrieve stray carts from the parking lot and keep parking lot and store areas litter-free.
• Assist in stocking milk, eggs, and merchandise; help customers locate products.
• Assist in sweeping, mopping, and keeping bathrooms clean.
• Operate the parcel pick-up area as directed and replace misplaced items.
• Use the intercom properly and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
