• Help cashiers with checkout processes and locate products.

• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to the company's bagging policies.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in maintaining shopping carts in proper areas and keep workstations neat and clean.
• Help cashiers with checkout processes and assist customers in locating products.
• Retrieve stray carts from parking lot and keep the parking lot litter-free.
• Assist in stocking milk, eggs, and merchandise, and replace misplaced items.
• Assist with cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and bathroom maintenance.
• Understand and explain the ValuCard program and shelf tags for price changes.
• Operate the intercom properly and perform other assigned duties.
