Essential Job Functions:

• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders, adhering to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in keeping shopping carts in their proper place and the store tidy.
• Help cashiers check out customers efficiently.
• Retrieve stray carts from parking lot and keep work areas clean.
• Assist in stocking milk, eggs, and merchandise, and help customers locate products.
• Understand and explain the ValuCard program.
• Assist with sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness of the store and bathrooms.
• Help keep parking lot and shopping carts litter-free.
• Work in parcel pick-up area, replace misplaced items, and collect trash and bale boxes as needed.
• Properly use the intercom system and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
