• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and assist in stocking milk and eggs.
• Unload shopping carts for customers and keep them in proper place on the front end.
• Assist cashiers in checking out customers efficiently.
• Retrieve stray carts from the parking lot and keep the parking lot and shopping carts litter free.
• Keep work station and surrounding areas neat and clean, including bathrooms.
• Assist customers in locating products.
• Assist in sweeping, mopping, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Work in the parcel pick-up area as directed.
• Replace misplaced items to their proper locations.
• Collect trash and bale boxes as needed.
• Use the intercom properly and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Stock merchandise as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
