• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to the company's bagging policies.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in keeping shopping carts in their proper place and maintain a neat work environment.
• Support cashiers during checkout, assist customers in locating products, and stock merchandise.
• Retrieve stray carts from the parking lot and keep the parking lot and store litter-free.
• Assist in stocking milk, eggs, and other products, and in cleaning tasks like sweeping and mopping.
• Understand and explain the ValuCard program and shelf tags for price changes.
• Operate the intercom properly and handle parcel pick-up areas as directed.
• Replace misplaced items and collect trash as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
