Job summary

Meijer is seeking an entry-level team member to support a variety of retail tasks and customer service across store departments. You will gain exposure to services offered by our store and interact with customers, embodying Meijer's

Qualifications

• Highly-organized with a keen sense for details.
• Great listening and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend and twist while handling product or operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinate and collect the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Work with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Work with departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
