Responsibilities

• Leads business process analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Collaborates with court staff, management, vendors, and technical resources to design and implement business solutions.
• Monitors quality assurance, provides training on system usage, and ensures data integrity in court management systems.
• Coordinates project activities, timelines, testing, and stakeholder communications for court technology initiatives.
• Develops and maintains manuals, processes, and documentation related to court systems.

Education
