Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/PM or related field with 2 years analyst experience.
• Experience analyzing workflows, gathering requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of court systems and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and staff on system implementations.
• Lead requirements gathering, testing, and user acceptance.
• Develop process maps and functional specifications for system enhancements.
• Train staff on new court technology and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor data quality and prepare regulatory reports.
• Coordinate project timelines and communications.
