Qualifications

• Graduation from High School or GED.
• Experience providing customer service and/or clerical work and/or office administration.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume calls for the trial courts, Violations Bureau and AOC.
• Use court case management systems and other databases to respond to inquiries.
• Prepare juror correspondence and manage related records.
