The New York State Unified Court System is seeking a Chief of Court Security Training for the OCA - NYS Court Officers Academy in Brooklyn, NY. Under the direct supervision of the Chief of the Department of Public Safety, the Chief develops and implements security training policy and procedures for the Unified Court System, oversees instructors, and ensures proper certifications are maintained.

• Must have state residency and U.S. citizenship.
• Must be legally eligible to carry firearms.
• Full-time employment in Brooklyn, NY with travel across the state.

Responsabilidades

• Perform managerial analysis of training programs and develop curricula.
• Develop policies to assess effectiveness of security operations and training.
• Plan and support implementation of security policy and training needs.
• Oversee training and work of all security training instructors.
• Ensure all instructors hold proper certifications and stay current.
