  • Processes and enters legal documents into state and county document management systems; schedules hearings.
  • Manages protection orders and other filings; assists the public by providing information and copies.
  • Reviews electronic filings, scans documents, and ensures accurate imaging for permanent records.
  • Maintains and updates court records with pleas, dispositions, sentences, and motions; distributes documents as needed.
  • Ensures proper custody of exhibits and maintains complete and accurate official court records.
