This role is ideal for an experienced provider who is passionate about working at the intersection of mental health and the legal system, including conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions, ensuring compliance with court requirements, and maintaining professional communication with legal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with court-involved populations or forensic mental health.
• Knowledge of court systems, documentation standards, and mandated reporting.
• Experience writing court reports and treatment summaries.
• Ability to communicate professionally in legal settings, including potential testimony.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy for court-involved clients (children and adults).
• Complete court-required documents (assessments, treatment plans, reports).
• Participate in court proceedings and provide testimony if needed.
• Maintain professional communication with court personnel, attorneys, probation officers, social workers, etc.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
