MHM Services, a Centurion company, seeks a full-time clinician (LCSW/LPCC/PsyD) in Fairfield, CA, to support, train, and coach staff in a forensic setting. The role works within a 24/7 housing facility and ensures safety and service quality.

The position involves on-site leadership, documentation oversight, and collaboration with judiciary, district attorneys, and law enforcement, with HIPAA compliance and professional boundaries emphasized.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in forensic mental health (preferred).
• Management experience is required.
• Ability to coach, train and enforce compliance and accountability with staff.
• Excellent writing skills are essential.
• Experience with Word and Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and training in a forensic environment.
• Support staff with case management tasks, collateral contacts, and documentation.
• Ensure clinical documentation is completed within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Coach staff on risk assessments and criminogenic factors.
• Provide on-call crisis response to housing facilities as needed.
