Job summary

ASK Consulting in Irving, TX is seeking a Legal Consultant II for a 12-month assignment. The position is 100% in-office, with hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, and the first four weeks include training.

The role supports the Court Order Compliance group, involves data entry into our workflow management system, and requires handling a high-volume workload with confidentiality and sound judgement. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic legal concepts, terminology, principles, and procedures.
• Ability to enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits by following policies.
• Experience handling high call volumes with a customer-service or dispatch-like focus.
• Attention to accuracy and detail in data entry and transcription.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into our workflow management system and manage high-volume data entry tasks.
• Handle calls and input legal process information with accuracy.
• Review data for deficiencies and correct issues per policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and problem-solve independently as needed.
