Superior Court of California, County of Sonoma seeks an experienced manager to lead an Operations Division. The role provides executive direction over court-wide program services, coordinating with internal departments and external partners to deliver efficient public services.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in public administration, strategic planning, and team leadership, with extensive supervisory experience and a deep understanding of court operations and compliance

Qualifications

• 7 years of progressively responsible Court experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in public administration, public policy, criminal justice, business administration, or related field.
• Experience supervising staff and evaluating performance in a public organization.
• Knowledge of public policy, court operations, and relevant laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all services and activities of the assigned Operations Division.
• Develop and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards; monitor delivery of services.
• Supervise division staff, conduct performance evaluations, and address deficiencies.
• Coordinate division activities with other Court divisions, officials, and external agencies; represent the division to partners.
