Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree and two (2) years of responsible experience in PC system installation and support.
• Substitution: two (2) years of additional qualifying experience may substitute for the associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve end-user technical issues with hardware and software.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot computers, printers, and related peripherals.
• Maintain the help desk ticketing system and track trends.
• Provide user training on basic software and office productivity tools.
• Assist in researching and analyzing court automation procedures and systems.
