Pima County in Maryland is seeking a Court IT Help Desk Specialist to provide tier 1 support across court locations. The role installs, maintains, and troubleshoots desktop hardware, software, and AV systems, logs requests, and collaborates with vendors for issues within contract scope.

Candidates must have a HS diploma or GED with 3 years tech support, or an associates degree with 2 years experience; travel to all court sites; background check required; visa sponsorship not offered.

Competenze

High School diploma or GED with 3 years of technical help desk experience.
Or an associate degree with 2 years of technical support experience.
Equivalent combination approved by HR.

Mansioni

Provides level 1 help desk support to all court locations.
VIP service and escalation for level 2 assistance to ensure VIP service.
In-person, telephone and remote technical support for hardware, software and basic network issues.
Installs and supports printers and standard office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Travels to all court sites to provide diagnostic and implementation services.
