Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of IT support experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel throughout Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT field support for courtrooms and offices.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain standard software and court apps.
• Coordinate equipment shipments, moves, and decommissioned devices.
• Respond to service tickets and ensure timely resolution per SLAs.
• Travel across the Seventh Judicial District and work with court staff.
• Liaise with IT leadership and district staff to address technology needs.
