Job summary

State of Oregon is seeking an Information Technology Associate for the Multnomah County Circuit Court. The role focuses on on-site IT support, asset/inventory management, and security access for staff and judges.

You will configure VOIP systems and unified communications software as part of a busy court environment. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of technical experience, or an equivalent combination.

Qualifications

• Must possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, management, public administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of technical experience in duties and infrastructure support.
• OR any combination of education and experience equivalent to 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for court IT hardware and software.
• Respond to requests in person, remote, phone, and Teams.
• Research and resolve a wide range of court technical issues.
• Configure, install, and troubleshoot desktops, printers, scanners, and displays.
• Manage security access for staff and judges; track IT assets and inventory.
• Configure VOIP phones and unified communications software (Cisco Finesse/Jabber).
• Occasionally work during closures due to hazardous conditions or building issues.
