Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs, and guide them on next steps for court business.
• Process new cases and review documents for accuracy and completeness per established procedures.
• Process payments and balance accounts for unit payments in person, by phone, and by mail.
• Balance and account for all payments and manage collections as required.
