Job summary

Pillars seeks a Child Therapist to deliver individual, family, and group psychotherapy, with a focus on children, under supervision as needed. You will help clients set realistic goals and tailor treatment plans to achieve measurable outcomes.

This role supports a hybrid model (in-person and tele-video) and emphasizes collaboration with clinicians to ensure the best possible care while maintaining a balanced caseload and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health-related field required.
• Valid license or working towards licensure.
• Experience in individual, group, couples and/or family psychology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective individual, family and group psychotherapy.
• Work with clients to determine realistic goals for psychotherapy.
• Ensure the appropriate fit between client and clinician.
• Provide therapy to a variety of clients with an interest and expertise in children.
• Help client identify appropriate needs when devising/revising and implementing treatment.
• Provide team consultation with other clinicians to ensure the most effective treatment plan for the client.
