Pillars of Wellness is seeking a seasoned clinician to lead our Maternal Mental Health Program. This full-time role blends clinical work with program leadership, overseeing specialists while maintaining a reduced caseload for high‑quality therapy in perinatal mental health.

The CoE leadership position emphasizes program development, community partnerships, and ongoing staff growth, with a competitive compensation package and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with relevant clinical licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Experience leading maternal mental health initiatives or programs preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to mentor and grow a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maternal Mental Health Program and support clinical excellence and team growth.
• Provide individual and/or group therapy for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
• Facilitate group consultations and guide Specialists clinically.
• Collaborate with leadership to set goals, outcomes, and community impact.
• Develop and implement program initiatives, services, and best practices.
• Recruit, mentor, and support specialists within the CoE framework.
• Oversee program coordination, outreach, and training efforts.
• Build relationships with OB/GYNs, hospitals, and maternal health orgs.
• Stay updated on best practices in maternal mental health.
• Support marketing and educational outreach for the program.
• Ensure culturally responsive, trauma-informed care across services.
