This position provides leadership, mentoring, and clinical services while focusing on organizational wellness initiatives.

As a program lead, you will collaborate with public safety agencies and create impactful community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Associate or fully licensed mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC).
• Experience working with trauma and first responder populations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to balance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the First Responder Services Program and provide individual therapy.
• Facilitate group consultations and clinical guidance.
