Job summary

Rhode Island Judiciary is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage the storage and tracking of criminal and civil case materials. You will maintain a computerized inventory, align with Records Retention schedules, and serve as liaison for court files and archives.

The role requires high school graduation with college coursework; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with minimal supervision.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and maintain a comprehensive inventory control program for case materials.
• Maintain computerized inventory and liaise with the Judicial Records Center for files and archives.
• Assist with relocation of personnel and moving of office/courtroom furniture/equipment.
