Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court is seeking a full-time, permanent Human Resources Supervisor in Albuquerque, NM. The role leads HR operations, disciplinary actions, classifications, compensation and training in the Human Resources Division.

The successful candidate will supervise two employees, ensure policy compliance, prepare reports, interact with court staff and external agencies, and support continuous improvement in HR services.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced knowledge of human resources administration practices, performance management, payroll and benefits.
• Solid understanding of employment law including FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO, OSHA, Workers’ Comp.
• Supervision experience and ability to lead a small team.

Aufgaben

• Manage operational HR tasks: recruiting, hiring, training, performance management and staff development.
• Prepare management reports and participate in budget processes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and court rules.
• Direct workflow, review division functions and implement efficiency improvements.
• Provide HR guidance to judges, CEOs, managers and staff; handle disciplinary actions.
• Investigate employee complaints and support EEO/Human Rights investigations.
