Job summary

Qualifications

• Six years of HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and employment law; strong policy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational, administrative and functional HR areas including recruitment, hiring, training, compensation and investigations.
• Prepare management reports and participate in budget processes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws; supervise two employees.
