Oregon Judicial Department in Medford, Oregon seeks a Court Operations Clerk (Financial Services Clerk/Cashier) to serve the public at the counter, by phone, and in writing. You will process filings, collect fees, post funds to cases, balance the cash drawer, and enter new cases into the management system.

You will interview defendants for payment plans, determine schedules, and assist with court debt matters while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience with clerical or administrative support in a business or professional environment.
• Experience using a variety of software programs to manage data and complete work.
• Experience coordinating schedules and maintaining calendars.
• Experience providing customer service to a variety of people in challenging circumstances.
• Experience handling cash or credit card transactions and generating receipts.
