Job summary

Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller is seeking a full-time, non-supervisory Court Input Clerk I to perform intake and input operations for arrest-related cases in Manatee County. The role reports to the Supervisor of Court Input and emphasizes accuracy in data maintenance.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, one year of relevant experience, strong numerical and filing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Windows.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
One year of recent and relevant experience demonstrating acute attention to detail in data maintenance.
Basic mathematical aptitude and alpha/numeric filing skills required.
Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows suite.

Responsibilities

Provides excellent customer service in person, via email, and over the phone; is approachable and knowledgeable.
Initiates and maintains complete and accurate records in the case management system.
Prepares and issues case-related notices, summonses, subpoenas, writs and/or warrants as required.
Participates in division cross-training to support efficient functioning of assigned duties.
Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.
