Job summary

Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to receive, store, inventory, and issue a wide range of supplies and materials. The role includes maintaining computerized inventory records, data entry of deliveries, and supporting logistics and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related warehouse experience, with a valid driver’s license and a basic proficiency in PC-based software for inventory control.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse, material handling and inventory procedures.
• Ability to data enter delivered items in a computerized system.
• Ability to operate a PC and use word processing/spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to perform arithmetical calculations and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Receive diversified supplies and equipment and verify against orders.
• Store items on shelves or bins and attach requisitions.
• Fill orders and issue supplies from requisitions and deliver to users.
• Conduct periodic and perpetual inventory and adjust records.
• Operate bindery equipment and assist with setup of rooms and AV equipment.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and prepare items for shipping.
• Perform related duties and participate in teams or special projects.
