District Court 37, serving Randolph County, seeks a qualified individual to provide administrative and case management duties for the district.**Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences**Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: * Draft correspondence and respond to requests for case status information and/or calendaring court dates.* Schedule, monitor, and track cases eligible for arbitration.* Create and review reports processed within the Enterprise Justice case management system.* Ensure that cases move through the court system in a timely and efficient manner.* Serve as the point-of-contact for attorneys and self-represented parties by providing general case information.* Assist the District Court Judges as needed. This position reports to the Court Manager of the District Court Judge's office.
