Responsibilities

  • Will serve as Clerk A District Court.
  • Maintains records, collects data, and responds to public requests: certifies documentation and files official documentation.
  • Uses computerized data entry equipment and various word processing and file maintenance programs to enter, store, and retrieve information.
  • Reviews original documentation, verifies accuracy and scans and archives as necessary.
  • May serve as a substitute in other department divisions during breaks or absences.
  • Answers routine inquiries and resolves more complex service issues.
  • Regular and punctual attendance is required.
  • Performs other related duties as requested by a supervisor.
  • Will be a part of the E-file System team.
