The Monroe County Clerk & Comptroller seeks an entry-level Deputy Clerk in Marathon to support court operations across civil, criminal, traffic and misdemeanor cases using the Odyssey Case Management System.

This role may work in the courtroom with the Judge, respond to inquiries, distribute court records and perform cashiering duties, while maintaining accurate records with attention to detail.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to use Word processing and enter data into the case management system.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Basic math skills for cashiering.
• Ability to communicate with public and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the Odyssey Case Management System for traffic or misdemeanor cases.
• Disseminate information about court rules and procedures to attorneys, media and the public.
• Perform cashiering functions.
• Provide backup as needed.
• Assist in special projects and other duties.
